Urban History Network
Newsletter online
The latest edition of the Centre for Urban History's newsletter is now on-line at http://www.le.ac.uk/urbanhist/uhn/2007_may.html.
The newsletter supplements the CUH diary (http://www.le.ac.uk/urbanhist/news/conferences.html) - if you have an event or other news item with an urban association please let us know. The diary page is updated several times each week (as items are received) and the newsletter is published monthly - the deadline for the newsletter is the 1st of the month (and every effort will be made to include late items)
One item which arrived too late for inclusion in the May newsletter is the special seminar at CUH on 29 May 2007. Professor Andrew Lees will present "German Views of Urban Society and Social Reform in 19th-Century Britain". Further details are available at http://www.le.ac.uk/urbanhist/pdfs/news/lees.pdf. Please join us if you can.
